Paper goes in.
Search finds it.

A document archive for companies, installed on your own server. Scans and PDFs go in; straightened, cleaned, compressed and searchable PDFs come out.

The product's core

From paper to search.

Features in development, with a clear goal.

More legible scans

Every page is rotated, straightened and cleaned automatically: scanner borders, stained backgrounds and stray specks are removed before archiving.

Smaller files

Compressed PDFs with an invisible text layer over the image. The original file is always kept alongside.

Full-text search

OCR in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Search by content, title, tags and dates, and see the passage highlighted on the page.

Installed by you

Runs with Docker on your Linux or Windows server, with no telemetry. Users, roles and a chained audit log show who did what.

Your documents are never held hostage.

Everything stays on your server, in open formats. If the license expires, the archive switches to read-only mode: you can still search, view, download and export every document.

On the roadmap

An assistant that cites the page.

An optional AI assistant that answers questions about the archive, citing the source pages, with the provider you choose, including local models. PDF/A, a Windows installer and corporate sign-in are also on the roadmap. No date has been announced.
